Force was founded in 2010 by our CEO, Bronwyn Spira, with over 20 years of clinical physical therapy experience, born out of the challenges that she faced when her patients were sent home with vague care instructions and stick figure drawings, but ended up struggling with recovery at home. Our belief has always been that if you empower patients with the right education and communication, you can take a lot of cost out of the system and, most importantly, improve patient outcomes.

Our team is dedicated to the value-based care movement, at a time when the delivery of higher quality care at a lower cost is critical. We have a passion for improving care by streamlining and deepening the connection between physicians, care teams, and patients. We believe that comprehensive, multifocal datasets will drive actionable, predictive care and evidence-based redesign to improve patient outcomes at scale. We are a diverse and dynamic group of people who are brought together by our company mission and foundational values.
We have many stakeholders–internally and externally. We believe trust and respect is built by putting ourselves in the shoes of others.
Each of us brings a specific and important skill set and perspective to the table. This gives us a responsibility to speak up, make sure we are heard, and actively listen to others.
